I received an email from the web admin folks at stoploss.army.mil which gave me a case number and login information. Problem is when I logon it reports that my information cannot be verified. I have sent this information back to them (including a screen shot) but have yet to get any response. Furthermore, the website still has yet to be repaired ... how is anyone supposed to be able to check claim status if the website is non-functional? Any word on when this will be repaired?
